This board is such a sweet ride!!!! I'm 150 pounds and find the flex pattern to be perfect to my liking. Thanks to the race inspired drop through design, the board is ultra low to the ground, easy to push and very much "alive" feeling when cruising around town or dancing my way down a soulful slope. The concave w shape of the deck is very subtle and helps one to establish balance even better than conventional boards, and also helps alleviate board scuffing that's common to many other boards that are ultra low to the ground. it has a slight amount of camber to power out of turns and maintain speed on flatter surfaces. Overall, I've had a blast on this board, and I'm proud to have it in my stable of boards and look forward to many more sunny days with my feet plastered to this deck.
The board has a 42 inch length that is ideal for cross stepping and board dancing. It also has a generous amount of width to place your feet on during dancing. The only con that I can think of is that it has a very tiny nose and tail which makes manuals and pop shove-its to be next to impossible, but the brilliance of a tiny nose and tail is that you have more "real estate" on the board to place your feet. This isn't a do it all type of board like the Loaded Dervish, but it does excel in areas of dancing and transport much better than the aforementioned board. A great and well thought out board from Sector Nine, this might be one of their best efforts yet.
